The Czech Film Week 2022 presents one of the best Czech and Czechoslovakian films. The festival will be opened by director Michal Nohejl's latest film "Occupation", which won the Czech Film Critics awards for best film, best direction, best actor, best actress and best screenplay, as well as 3 Czech Lions 2022. The film will be personally introduced by director Nohejl himself. Czech cinematography is famous for its humor, so the great comedy "Bet on Friendship" will not be missing. This year we also commemorate the 90th anniversary of the birth of the Oscar-winning director Miloš Forman, so the Festival will screen two of his films, "Black Peter" and "The Firemen's Ball".
